Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with a local charitable organization or recycling partner to schedule a convenient time to pick up the mattress from your home.
Verify Removal
After the mattress has been successfully collected, simply scan and email a copy of the pickup receipt provided by our partner to our support team.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your pickup confirmation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
